It presents five ways to survive as an artist. 

These seemingly empty rules aim for a way to be with art for a long time rather than to succeed as a good artist. 

It is a talkative work like admonition that you do not want to hear, and a work about time you cannot catch.

Biography

Min Sun Lee (b. 1985) begins each work by focusing on a specific subject. The first condition of selection is that the subject piques the artist’s interest. The second condition is that there is a sense of disharmony inherent in the subject. The artist untangles and twists the subject full of contradiction, then depicts the result in forms such as text, video, and installations. The selected subject becomes a caricature, expressed in a way more roundabout than straightforward.
